4 chicken breasts, boned, skinned, flattened
1 package Monterey Jack cheese, sliced
1 egg, 1 tsp. instant chicken granules
1 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. parsley, 3 Tbsp. flour, dash pepper
2 tbsp. cooking oil, lime slices.

Directions:
Directions:
Place a slice of cheese on chicken breast, roll up and secure with toothpick.
In a bowl combine egg, Parmesan, granules, parsley and pepper.
Dip chicken in egg mixture and then flour, brown in skillet. Remove and place in baking dish.
Bake at 325 degrees 20 minutes. Serve with lime slices and extra chopped parsley.
