1/2 t. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 t. Old Bay seasoning
1 large egg
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 t. sour cream
1 t. lemon juice
1 t. Dijon mustard
1 t. kosher salt
2 t. chopped parsley
2 t. cayenne pepper
1/4 t. paprika
1/4 c. bread crumbs
2 T. red peppers, diced
1 lb. lump crab meat
bread crumbs
2 oz. clarified butter

Directions:

In non-metallic bowl, whisk together Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay, egg, mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, mustard, salt, parsley, cayenne pepper and paprika. Fold in bread crumbs, red pepper and crab. Form patties by hand. Coat with additional bread crumbs. Put on parchment paper-lined baking tray. Refrigerate 2 hours.

Heat oven to 350. In oven-proof skillet, heat clarified butter. Cook cakes until golden brown on each side. Bake cakes in oven for 5 minutes.
