2 bulbs onion
14 c. water
3 tomatos
3 lbs combination potatos
2 carrots
1 T. chicken bouillon
15 capers (alcaparras)
salt and cilantros as wanted

1 T. guasca

6 ears corn (mazorcas de maiz)

1-2 large slices avocado

1 T. yogurt

Directions:
1. Sate onion and garlic

2. Add 14 cups water plus tomatos boiling; then harder potatos, carrots, then softer potato, salt, bouillon, soft potatos, cilantro, alcaparras, guasca, corn on the cob. Boiling minimum 1 hour. Place avocado and yogurt on top and serve.

4. At the end avocado and cream.
