Ingredients:  
1 C white shoe peg corn, drained
1 C French green beans, drained
1/2 C chopped celery, 1/4 C chopped bell pepper
1 1/2 C sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
1 C cream of celery soup, 1 stick melted butter
1/2 C sliced almonds, 1/2 C chopped onions
1/2 C sour cream, 1 C Ritz crackers
Salt and pepper to taste.

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients, except the crackers and almonds, in a large casserole dish.
Crumble Ritz crackers into melted butter and pour over casserole. Top with the sliced almonds.
Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
