3 tbsp. Dijon mustard
4 tbsp honey
2 cups broccoli florets
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 egg
1 cup milk
1 cup sifted all purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp veg oil
1/2 cup veg oil for frying

Make sauce:
In a small bowel stir together the mustard and honey. Set aside
Chop florets into small pieces. Toss in mixing bowl with cheese set aside.
Beat egg and stir in the milk. Sift flour, baking powder, and salt together and combine them with the egg and milk mixture. Beat in 1/2 tsp oil as well. Pour mixture over broccoli and cheese.
In large skillet heat oil to 375 degrees.
Drop broccoli mixture by spoonfuls in oil and fry until brown. Serve with honey mustard sauce.
