1 pd crabmeat
1 tablespoon grated ginger
1 large garlic clove pressed
1 egg
2 tablespoons dark soy sauce
2 green onions, minced
1/4 cup sesame seeds
veg oil

Directions:
Directions:
Process first 5 ing in a food processor 2 min or until smooth. Stir in green onions. Cover chill 1 hour.
Form the paste into 1/2 " balls, squeezing tightly; roll balls in sesame seeds.
Heat veg oil to 375 degrees. Fry crab balls. drain on paper towels.
Serve warm
