Ingredients:
1 Stick Butter
1 Cup Sour Cream
2 Eggs
1 Tsp Vanilla
2 Cups Flour
1 Tsp Baking Powder
1 Tsp Baking Soda
1 Tsp Vanilla
1 Cup Mini Chocolate Chips or more to taste

Directions:
Directions:
I prepare in a Cuisinart. If you do a hand mixer, alternate dry and wet ingredients.
In the Cuisinart, dump the butter, sour cream, vanilla, eggs, and sugar. Pulse a few times, then turn on and let it run until the mixure is smooth.
Add the baking powder, baking soda and flour. Pulse a few times to gently mix the dry ingredients with the wet, or until the flour is almost entirely gone.
Toss in the chocolate chips and pulse a few times to disperse the chips throughout the dough.
Spray a bundt pan with Bakers Joy (a flour/oil spray) and pour the mixure into the pan.
Bake at 350% for 45 minutes to an hour, or until the top of the cake springs back when pressed with your finger.
Quickly flip the cake onto a cake rack and cool.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar and enjoy!
