1/2 C. vegetable oil
4 squares (4 oz.) unsweetened chocolate (melted)
2 C. sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 C. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt

1 C. powdered sugar (for garnishing)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix oil, melted chocolate that has cooled, sugar.
Blend in 1 egg at a time.

Add vanilla.
Stir in flour, baking powder, and salt.

Chill dough

Heat oven to 350º

Roll the dough into small balls. (It will get messy. You can put
your hands in plastic bags)
Roll ball into powdered sugar.

Bake 10 minutes. (DO NOT OVER-BAKE)

I only remember Sue making these cookies. My mom and I
would sometimes go to the Peterson's on Christmas morning for
breakfast. We would have these cookies then. I always looked
