Directions:
Directions:
Wash and dry turkey, make sure you get the giblets out of the turkey. Place in roasting pan, place whole onion and about 3 stalks of washed celery with the leaves still on (you may want to break these in half) and place in the cavity of the turkey, cover completely with foil and bake according to directions on turkey wrapper. You may also cook turkey in browning bag according to directions but still put onions and celery inside turkey. salt and pepper bird and bake. The celery and onion is what makes our turkey so good.
