1 lb.med width noodles ( cooked and drained)
1 cup granulated sugar ( add to hot noodles)
Continue adding the following ingredients:
1 pt. sour cream
1 pt. small curd cottage cheese
8 eggs
2 peeled, cored and grated apples
2 ts. vanilla
1/2 to 3/4 ts. cinnamon ( to taste)
1/4 # butter melted (save 1" not melted for topping)
topping:chopped pecans
crushed corn flake crumbs
sprinkling of cinnamon
cut-up pieces of butter (dab over top)
This makes a struesel topping.......

Pour into 10"x13" pyrex pan, that has been greased with
butter......Sprinkle topping Bake 350 degree oven about 3/4 to
1 hour, until golden....Cool and slice into squares....can be
frozen or refrigerated....re-warm.....
