1 chicken - boned
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can Rotel tomatoes with green chili peppers
1 onion sauted in butter
about 1/2 lb of grated cheese
Doritos or Fritos
Directions:
Directions:
Mix soups, tomatoes, onions, & chicken in boiler over flame. When hot layer in casserole dish pouring the mixture, then a layer of chips, then a layer of grated cheese, then moremixture, chips and cheese. Makes about 3 layers. Heat in over about 350º until cheese melts.
