3 cups self-rising flour
3 tbsp. sugar
1 can beer (Lone Star if you are in Texas)

Mix ingredients together and pour into a greased loaf pan. Let dough rest 10 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Butter top of loaf and bake and additional 15 minutes. Best when eaten immediately.
