Ingredients:  
1 cup mayonnaise (light or regular)
1 cup parmesan cheese
1 can of artichoke hearts (drained and squeezed with hands—cut in small pieces)
White bread

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix mayo, cheese, and artichokes
2. Lightly toast white bread
3. Cut off crust and cut into 4 squares
4. Top toast with mixture
5. Bake at 350°-375° for about 15-20 minutes until bubbly and slightly golden
