3 eggs
1/2 C sugar
1/4 t. salt
3 C scalded milk
1 t. vanilla
Nutmeg for garnish

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs just until blended. Stir in sugar and salt. Slowly beat in
the scalded milk and vanilla. Pour into 8 buttered custard cups.
Sprinkle nutmeg on top of each. Place cups in shallow baking
pan. Pour about 1" of hot water around the cups. Bake at 350º
for 45 minutes.
