1/2 C butter
1/2 C brown sugar
2 eggs
1 t. vanilla
1 C light Karo syrup
Dash salt 1 T. flour
2 C pecans (halves - save a few for garnish)
9" unbaked pie shell
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter with brown sugar. Add eggs and beat with mixer
until smooth. Add vanilla and corn syrup, salt and flour. Beat
until thoroughly mixed. Stir in pecans. Pour into pie shell and
bake at 300º
for 1 - 1 1/2 hours - until set up and browned.
