4 eggs
2 cups milk
1 ½ cups sugar
½ cup all-purpose flour
¼ cup butter or margarine, melted
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 (7 oz) can flaked coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 6 ingredients in the container of an electric blender; blend on low speed 3 minutes. Pour mixture into 2 lightly grease 8-inch pie plates and let stand 5 minutes. Sprinkle coconut over egg mixture; press down into mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 – 40 minutes or until set. Chill before serving. Makes two 8-inch pies.
