1 c. flour
1/2 t. salt
1/4 c. cold water
beef chuck roast
potatoes - pared and halved
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Cover beef with 2 cups of water, salt and pepper and boil for at
least 2 hours. Meanwhile mix the first 3 ingredients, roll out with
rolling pin so it looks like thin, elastic pizza dough. Cut it into
squares. Add potatoes to the beef and broth in the last half hour
and cook for at least 20 minutes. Last, bring the broth to a rolling
boil and add the dough. May add more seasoning. Cover until
done.
