4 c. cottage cheese
2 pkgs. frozen chopped spinach (cooked and drained)
1 stick butter - broken in pieces
1/2 lb. Velveeta Cheese - cubed
6 T. flour

Mix all ingregients and bake in greased casserole dish for 1 hour
at 325º.
