1 pt. sour milk
1 egg
1/2 t. salt
1 pt. flour
1 t. baking soda
1 t. vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve the soda in the vinegar. Add the sour milk and egg.
Mix well. Add flour gradually until consistency of thick pancake
batter. Pour into "pancakes" on a hot greased griddle. Serve
with fried steak and gravy.
