Creamed Chicken Recipe

2/3 C butter
1 1/3 C mushrooms
1/2 C flour
1 1/2 t. salt
2 2/3 C chicken broth
1 C light cream
2 2/3 C. cooked chicken, diced
2 egg yolks, beaten

Melt butter and saute mushrooms. Add flour, salt and papper to
make a roux. Stir in chicken broth until thickened, Add cream
and chicken and blend in. Add egg yolks, last of all. (Be sure to
put a little of the hot mixture into the egg yolks first, then add all
back into the mix.) Cook until bubbly.
