1 lb crawfish tails or shrimp, clean and devined
1 cup chopped onion
3 clove garlic, chopped
1/2 cup bell pepper, chopped
1/2 cup oil
2 tablespoons flower
1 1/2 cups water
Salt, pepper & ground Cayenne pepper as desired

Directions:
Directions:
Pour oil in heavy pot. Over mediu heat saute onions, bell pepper
and garlic for about 5 minutes. Add flower and blend well. Add
crawfish tails and cook 15 minutes. Add water and seasoning.
Cover and cook on a low heat for about 20 minutes. Adjust
water to desired thickness of gravy. Serve over hot rice.
