2 C plus 3 T superfine sugar divided
1 1/4 cups water
3/4 C frozen orange juice concentrate
1 lemon, zested
2 T lemon juice
2 oranges zested
1 lb. fresh cranberries
1/4 C Grand Marnier

Directions:
in LARGE saucepan combine:
~2 cups sugar, water, and orange juice concentrate
~Bring to a boil and boil for 5 minutes
~Add cranberries and continue boiling until berries pop (approx. 5-7 minutes)
~Remove from heat
~Stir in: lemon zest and juice, orange zest, remaining 3 Tblsps sugar and Grand Marnier
~Chill
