1/2 cup soft oleo
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 3/4 cups of sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup sour cream
2 cups chopped zucchini
2 1/2 cups flour
4 Tbsp cocoa
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp. soda
2 eggs

Mix all together and pour into cake pan and bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes and Frost it with frosting made with 1 stick oleo, 6 Tbsp milk, 2 Tbsp. cocoa. Bring to a boil, remove from heat. Add: 1 box powdered sugar, 1 tsp vanilla, 1 cup chopped nuts. Beat well and spread over cake after cake has cooled about 10 minutes.
