2/3 Cup Butter softened
1 1/3 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups mashed bananas
1 3/4 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup nuts

GLAZE; 1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup light corn syrup
1/2 cup water
2 Tbs. lemon juice
Slowly boil 2 min, add lemon juice. Put on top of bread with pastry brush.

Mix butter, sugar and eggs. Add flour,baking powder and soda and salt. Then add mashed bananas and sour cream. Mix well then add chopped nuts. Bake at 325 for 70 to 75 minutes. Cool for 20 minutes. Then put glaze on top.
