2 Cups graham Cracker Crumbs
1 Cup plus 3 Tbsp sugar divided
3 Tbsp. Butter melted
4 pkgs (8 oz each) Philadelphia Cream Cheese
3 Tbsp. Flour
1 Tbsp. Vanilla
4 Eggs
1 Cup Sour Cream

Mix crumbs 3 Tbsp. sugar and 3 Tbsp butter, press into bottom of 9 inch spring form pan. Bake at 325 degrees. for 10 minutes. Beat cream cheese,1 Cup sugar,flour and vanilla with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing on low speed, just until blended. Blend in sour cream. Pour into crust. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 5 minutes to 1 hour and 10 minutes or until center is almost set. When done run knife around rim of pan to loosen cake. Cool before removing rim of pan . Refrigerate 4 hours or over night. You may top with cherry pie filling or strawberry our with out any topping.
