1 4-5lb. beef brisket
1/2 bottle of catsup
1/2 bottle of burgundy wine
1 onion sliced
2-3 stalks celery sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Put brisket in dutch oven & pour all ingredients over the top. Put in oven at 300 degrees for 3 hours or until tender. Slice thinly & serve with the sauce.
