1 pkg. fozen hash browns, thawed
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. butter
2 c. jack cheese, grated
1/3 c. green onions, chpd
crushed corn flakes
(I tend to double this recipe)
Directions:
Directions:
Mix soup, sour cream, butter and then heat. Layer in 9x13 dish. Layer potatoes, cheese, then sauce. Repeat 2 - 3 times. Top with green onions & crushed corn flakes. Pat with a little butter over all. Bake at 350 degrees about 30 minutes.

This recipe actual came to us with the name Vera's Russian Potato Casserole and then we renamed it "Christmas Potatoes" since that is the only time of year we seem to prepare them.
