1 1/4 c. chicken broth
10 corn tortillas cut into 1/2" strips
1 c. green enchilada sauce
1 - 10 oz. can red enchilada sauce
1 t. ground cumin
1 roasted chicken pulled apart
1 c. half & half

Directions:
Directions:
Combine chicken broth & tortilla strips in dutch oven. Cover & cook until strips soften & broth thickens.Stir in enchilada sauces and cumin. Stir in milk & chicken. Let simmer until ready to eat.
Can top soup with tomato, jalapeno, avocado and cheese.
