Fresh Mozzeralla - Bell Degresio small
Cucumber - peeled and shreded
Cherry Tomato - halfed
2/3 Olive Oil - extra light
1/3 White Balsalmic Vinegar
Salt/Pepper
Lemon Zest till tired

Directions:
Slice mozzerella and place on platesSalad...mozzerella balls, sliced tomatos, cucumber strips. Wisk together rest and pour on top.
