12 oz carton Cottage Cheese
1 stick Oleo
2 heaping T. Flour
1/2 t Caraway Seed
1/2 t Baking Soda

Directions:
Directions:
Melt oleo. Add flour. Put 1/2 t soda on cheese and let set 30 min. Put in a stew pot and stir and cook until cheese is melted and a skin forms on top. Season with 1/2 t caraway seed or leave plain.
