6oz Semisweet Chocolate Chips
1 stick Butter
3 Eggs - separated
2 T Sugar
3/4 cup Heaby Cream
1/2 t Vanilla Extract

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter and chocolate. Set aside to cool. When chocolate has reached room temp., add the egg yolks, stir well. Beat egg whites to soft peaks, then beating continuously, add sugar. Whisk a small portion of egg white into the chocolate mixture to lighten it; gently fold in remaining egg white. Whip cream with vanilla until stiff, then fold into chocolate mixutre carefully but thoroughly. Put into serving dish and chill for a few hours.
