3 cukes
1 chopped onion
salt and pepper
4 T vinegar
2 T oil
1 pt. sour cream
Directions:
Directions:
Slice the cukes (peeled or unpeeled). Put in a bowl with onions
and S&P. Let stand 15 minutes until juice renders. Add vinegar,
oil, and sour cream. Chill. Gets better overnight!
