Duck, cut into 8 pieces
Lawry's salt,
garlic powder,
pepper,
paprika,

Glaze:
1 jar apricot preserves,
1/4 cup orange juice,
1/4 cup brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Cut a duck into 8 pieces and season liberally with Lawry's salt, garlic powder, pepper and paprika.
Roast on a rack 325 to 350 degrees for several hours until duck is golden brown. Keep removing fat as it renders...prick skin to keep fat melting off.
When brown, glaze with the glazing mixture.
