2 C sugar + 1/4 C for topping
3 C flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
2 sticks butter, cut into pieces, divided 3/4 and 1/4
1 large can (12 oz?) Pet Brand Milk
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 C corn flake crumbs (optional)
1/2 C chopped nuts

Directions:

2 C sugar
3 C flour 3 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Add 2 sticks butter cut in pieces..put machine on pulse and pulse it until the mixture looks like little clumps of wet sand.
Remove 1/4 C to be used for topping.
add 1 large can (12 ounces?) of Pet Brand Milk
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
a pinch of nutmeg
Pulse on and off until mixture is smooth. Stop as soon as it is smooth.
Spray a 9 x 13 pan with Pam. Pour in cake mixture.
Top with the following:
1/4 reserved cake mixture
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup chopped nuts
1/4 cup corn flake crumbs (optional)
Use as much or as little of the topping ingredients as you wish...
Try a little cinnamon or nutmeg, brown sugar, etc.
Bake 350 degrees for about an hour or until top springs back when pressed with your finger
