4 eggs
1 C sour cream
2 T milk
1/2 C flour + 1 T
1 tsp. vanilla
sprinkle of salt
sprinkle of fresh grated nutmeg (or more if desired)
Butter
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients.....Butter frying pan and gently place one large tablespoon batter into pan, making small rounds....Add more butter, if necesary, turn and brown lightly....Add more butter, with each full pan of pancakes... to keep warm, as pancakes are done, place on a cookie sheet into oven...275 to 300 degrees. Serve with maple syrup....for children through the years, chocolate chip have been added to the batter.....
