1 Egg
1 Cup Milk
3 Tablespoons Oil
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
1 1/4 Cups Flour
1 Tablespoon Sugar
2 Teaspoons Baking Powder
1 Teaspoon Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat waffle maker while preparing batter.

Beat egg with a wire whisk until light yellow in color. Add milk, oil and vanilla and mix well. Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl. Stir egg mixture into dry ingredients; mix until smooth. Pour 3/4 cup of batter into the center of preheated waffle maker. Close and bake for about 4 minutes. Open and remove waffle. Serve with maple syrup.
