4 C thinly sliced celery
4 Tbsp margarine
3 Tbsp flour
1 tsp salt
1 C milk
1 3oz can of mushrooms
2 Tbsp chopped green pepper
2 Tbsp chopped pimento
4 oz processed American cheese
1 C soft bread crumbs
2 Tbsp margarine melted
Directions:
Directions:
Melt margarine and add celery cook until tender. Push to one side and stir in flour and salt. Add milk all at once, cook and stir until mixture is thick and bubbly. Stir in mushrooms, green pepper, pimento and cheese.

Put the above mixture in a buttered baking dish, sprinkle the top with buttered bread crumbs. Bake 350º 20 minutes
