5-6 Medium Potatoes
1/2 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 stick butter or more to taste
1 tsp. salt
1/2 package dry ranch dressing mix
1/4 c. milk more or less to desired consistency
Directions:
Directions:
Peel and cut potatoes, boil in salted water until soft and drain.

Add remaining ingredients. Mix with electric mixer. Add more milk if needed.

Return pan to heat. Cover and simmer 5-10 minutes to reheat potatoes
