1 large can crushed pineapple (unsweetened)
1/2 C sugar
3 Tbsp. self-rising flour
1 C shredded sharp cheese
3 Tbsp. pineapple juice
1 C crushed Ritz Crackers
1/4 stick margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Drain one large can of crushed pineapple, reserve juice.
Add the sugar and flour to crushed pineapple.
(If using plain flour add 1/4 tsp. baking powder).
Add shredded cheese and 3 tbsp.of the reserved pineapple juice. Discard the rest.
Mix and pour into a buttered dish.
Add topping of crushed Ritz Crackers that have been mixed with 1/4 stick margarine.
Bake at 350º for 20 to 25 minutes.
