Makes enough for two pies.
Fillings:
3/4 Cup Margarine or Butter
2-1/4 Cups Sugar
4 Tbsp. Flour
6 Eggs
10 Tbsp Lemon Juice
2 Pie Shells

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter, sugar and flour. Add eggs one at a time. Add lemon juice and mix well. Pour into pie shells and bake at 350º for 30 minutes or until slightly browned. Cool and serve with whipped cream.

I like this because I don't care for meranque, but love lemon pie.
