2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup oil
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
1 cup mashed bananas
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup chopped nuts (I use pecans)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Combine all ingredients in large bowl. Mix well. Pour into prepared loaf pans or into mini loaf pans. Bake at for 1 hour in large loaf pans. Check after 30 minutes in mini loaf pans.

Delicious warm but slices better after cooling. Easily doubled. Freezes well and makes a great gift-giving treat.
