1 can cream style corn ( I prefer Del Monte)
1 cup milk
1 well beaten egg
3/4 tsp salt
dash of pepper
1 cup of soda cracker crumbs
chopped onion (optional)
Topping: 2 T melted butter
1/2 cup soda cracker crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Heat corn and milk. Gradually stir in egg. Add seasonings, cracker crumbs, & onion. Mix well. Pour into casserole. Melt butter and stir in cracker crumbs. Sprinkle buttered crumbs over corn. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 min;
