1 pint fresh or frozen oysters
2 cups whole milk, 2% works
1/3 stick butter or margarine
3 boiled eggs
10-12 slices bread, toasted and crumbled
15-20 saltines, crumbled
¼ tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Combine milk, margarine and oysters in sauce pot and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Simmer for 3 minutes. Stir eggs and breads together, then add oyster mixture. After combining thoroughly, pour mixture into greased 10x12 casserole dish. Bake at 350 for 25-30. Serves about 6
