lb bacon
1 lb ground beef
1 large onion, chopped
cup celery chopped
2 16 oz cans pork n beans, drained
2 17 oz cans baby lima beans, drained
2 16 oz cans kidney beans, drained
1 cup brown sugar
cup vinegar
2 cups ketchup
2 tbsp dry mustard
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Preheat oven to 350. Cook bacon to crispy texture. Reserve drippings. Crumble and set aside. Brown and drain ground beef. Saute onion and celery in bacon drippings until tender. Drain. Mix onion and celery with beef, bacon and beans and all other ingredients in a large bowl. Pour into large, lightly greased casserole dish. Cover. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Serves 20-24 people.
