1 lb. Hamburg
½ cup Italian bread crumbs
¼ cup tomato sauce
1 egg, salt and pepper
1 large onion
2 tbsp. oil
2 medium zucchini, sliced thin
1 cup tomato sauce
½ tsp. oregano
6 slices mozzarella cheese

Mix beef, bread crumbs, tomato sauce, egg, salt and pepper, in bowl, press into 10-inch pie plate. Bake for 10 minutes at 450. Drain grease off.

Sauté onion and zucchini in oil until tender add 1 cup tomato sauce and oregano. Cover and cook 15 minutes. Spoon into crust and top with cheese. Bake for 30 minutes at 350º.

*You can double this and bake in a 9x13-inch pan.
