2 1/4 cups all purpose flour
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg
2-3 teaspoons grated orange peel
2 cups white chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, baking soda, and salt in a small bowl. Beat butter and sugars in a large bowl until creamy. Beat in egg and orange peel. Gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in chips. Drop dough by rounded teaspoon onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake at 350º for 10-12 minutes or until edges are light golden brown. Let stand for 2 minutes; remove to wire racks to cool completely.
