3-4 fresh red corn on the cob (purchase at Mexican store)
2 large lemons
2-3 apples, diced
sugar to taste
3 qts. of water

Directions:
Directions:
Boil water and red corn on the cob for 30 minutes. Color of corn should be red/purple when done. Strain sediment and reserve the liquid. Add diced apples and lemons to liquid. Add sugar to taste. Pour into pitcher and chill. Add ice to beverage glass when ready to serve.
