3 cups cooked, mashed sweet potatoes
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup melted margarine
2 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup plain sugar
1/3 cup softened margarine
1 cup pecans chopped
Directions:
Directions:
Mix sweet potatoes, vanilla and melted margarine, eggs and white sugar. Pour into baking dish. Mix brown sugar, plain flour, softened margarine and nuts. Mix until looks like cornmeal. Spread on top of potato mixture. Bake 350º for 30 minutes.
