1 can Mexe-beans (Old El Paso) drained
2 Tbsp mayonaise
4 oz sour cream
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1/8 tsp chili powder
1 to 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 med tomatoes chopped
1/2 to 1 cup green onions chopped
Optional - jalapeno peppers, olives or anything else you like

Mash beans on bottom of microwave casserole dish. Mix sour cream, mayo, and spices in a small bowl. After mixing layer on beans, then layer cheese, tomatoes, and green onions. Put in microwave for 3-4 minutes or until cheese melts. Serve with tortilla chips.
