3 cups of pepperjack cheese or Mexican 4 cheese mix
1/2 cup of sour cream
1 jalapeņo or chilpolte pepper, chopped
In a separate container
1 cup of grape tomatoes, cut in halves
1/2 cup of cilantro, chopped
4 scallions, chopped
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 teaspoon organic lemon juice

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.2. Combine cheese, pepper, and sour cream.3. Place in 9 inch pie dish. 4.Bake on 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.5.Remove from oven and spread tomato, cilantro, scallion, and olive oil mixture over top
6. Serve warm with tortilla chips.
